Most comfortable
shoe ever - I had been wearing and buying the Champagne
sandals style for about 10 years and could no longer find it
in my size, (35) so I ordered the Susana. It is actually more
stylish and wonderfully comfortable, so I ordered a second
pair from Nine West after wearing the Susana for few days. I
LOVE this shoe! It's the most comfortable shoe that I have
ever worn. I would also like to state that I buy all of my

Excellent product,
excellent service - I've had so many awful internet shopping
experiences. When my clogs arrived and were too small, I
thought...here we go again. But after calling to set up an
exchange for the right pair, I learned Zappos is a rare breed
of online retail providers. Not only did I get the right size
in less than a couple of days (these fit snug, so up your true
size for comfort), but the exchange process was so smooth! I
even got a handwritten "thank you card" for my purchase.

Stylish and
comfortable - These are perfect for when I’m working and
wearing capris or a skirt. The heel is a little higher than
the regular clogs, but I like it better. Very comfy and have
