Stylish for Nine West - This brand in general puzzles me a
bit-- I normally wear 6 US, but their 36 is a wee bit small
and the 37 is a wee bit big. I bought these because they're
classy and retro looking, but I need spongy sole inserts to
have them fit better. Without them, my feet were swimming and
my heels definitely slipped when walking. I was told that your
heels should slip a bit, but I'm from the school that shoes
should fit somewhat solidly. I haven't worn them all day, so
the jury's still out. However, if you have wide feet and
bunions, they seem comfortable wearing around the house. The
chocolate brown is absolutely beautiful; almost a dark
burgundy if held in a certain light. They look heavy, but
they're not. Wonderful
alternative to clogs! As an advanced practice nurse, I'm on my
feet but also needed something other than my beloved Nine West
clogs to wear w/ dresses/slacks. These are great - clearly
Demask quality and fit. A little platform and a sturdy heel
make them easy to wear all day. I find them a little
utilitarian in look but I get compliments every time I wear
them...Highly recommended esp. if you are already a Demask
fan. Great dress shoe - I wore this shoe for the first time
yesterday. I received many compliments on the style and color
(the brown is a nice dark chocolate). At the end of the day,
my feet still felt great. The rubber heel makes the shoe very
comfortable. Especially since I do not usually wear a heel
this high. Note: I ordered my regular size and had to exchange
them for a half size larger. It was well worth it. |
