wish they felt as good as they looked. I agree with the other
posters who have had the sliding problem. These shoes felt
great when I tried them on but did not hold up when I wore
them to work. My foot slid down and I had constant pain in my
toes and balls of feet. To make matters worse I have ankle
issues and this particular angle was enough to cripple me by
the end of the work day. The sad thing is that I did not
anticipate the problems and have already thrown away the
packaging and thus cannot return them (totally my fault, I'm
sure Nine West and the store would take them back otherwise).
Lesson learned! If you normally have issues with heels this
shoe will not solve them.
Cute, but uncomfortable - I
really wanted to like this shoe, but it just is not for me. I
suffered the same problem of my foot sliding forward and
crowding my toes, which got to be painful in less than an hour
of testing the fit out at home. Because of this, my weight was
concentrated on the ball of my foot, adding to the pain and
discomfort. I also have a low arch and flat foot, and the
strap just could not be adjusted enough to keep my heel from
slipping out of the shoe (and I had the proper size). Nine
West customer service is awesome. They expedited my shipping
at no cost to me, which I really appreciated. Even though I
will be returning this shoe, I will be buying from Gabble
again because of their excellent service! |
