These shoes ruined my feet! Like many of the other reviewers,
I loved and owned the sandals for the entirety of last summer.
Unfortunately, although the soles are the extremely
comfortable Nine West soles many of us have come to know and
love, the straps wear and actually become too loose, requiring
one to cling to the shoe unconsciously by digging in your big
toe. My toe hurt when I wore them, but since the usual 'total'
foot pain I was used to getting never happened, I kept wearing
them. I now have permanent damage and pain in my left big toe,
and I have finally traced it back to these shoes. This is my
only Lava review ever, but I feel it’s important as a really
loose strap on an otherwise comfy sandal can be a dangerous
problem... |
