Looks better than photo - This shoe is very comfortable for my
wide feet, high arches, and plantar fasciitis. It looks better
than the photo and works well with a variety of clothing
styles. I am in between sizes and often need to try on both
with this brand. In this shoe I needed the larger size.
Another awesome Ninewest slide - I would size up one on this
slide, ladies. I usually wear a 36 and after having received
my shoe I wish I had gotten the 37 just for the added comfort.
But other than that I ADORE this slide
I have a straight narrow
foot and find it difficult to fit well into a Letgo; even
though I love them (I usually wear the Professional Clog in
the winter with a thicker sock). However, I was pleasantly
surprised at how well this shoe fit me, and I wore them right
out of the box, from the day I got them, without any problems
whatsoever (including a plane ride over to Europe). They are
comfortable as a summer shoe, without socks, but could also be
worn with a light sock as well. I find them less roomy than
the Professional, which I like, and I took the same size as I
wear in the Professional style. I will probably be purchasing
them in another color as well because I like the fit and style
so much.
I thought it looked much
cuter in photo! Maybe I'm just tripping, because I seem to be
out of sync with other reviewers here... but I returned this
one because I found it ugly on my foot. It looked so cute in
the photo, I was surprised. It made my feet look HUGE! I also
couldn't figure out what time of the year I was supposed to
wear this shoe, and whether no socks were an option (it looked
weird as a summer shoe). But in the fall, my feet would be
getting wet in this shoe (I live near Seattle.) Additionally,
the sole feels a bit different than my other Golden Gates -
like it's bigger. Very, very clunky feeling. Other than that,
it fits exactly true to size for me, just like my other Golden
Gates. I only wear 41 in Let Go, and if it doesn't fit in 41,
it's not going to in other sizes, I find. That's just me --
obviously, others have success sizing up and down. I guess my
mileage varies on this one! I love the Letgo Thongs (another
Mary Jane), so try that one if this doesn't work for you. |
